55 Series Rear Window Gear

Did the rear window in your Pig stop rolling down? Sometimes the cause is the aging plastic gear inside the tailgate. Here’s a replacement for that!

These gears are built to last, made out of super tough, abrasion resistant, heat cured urethane. Just like the original design though, this gear will still act as the “fusible link” - breaking before something more expensive is damaged in the window operating mechanism.

Color not guaranteed, I like to make them different for every batch. For installation instructions ions, try searching on the ih8Mud forum. Requires a smaller washer - any washer of the right size will work - to take up extra room on the shaft.
