60 Series Fire Extinguisher Bracket

A fire extinguisher is always a good piece of kit to carry with you! Unfortunately, because space for an extinguisher is limited, many folks store them in difficult-to-access locations, adding precious time to combating an emergency. With this bracket, your fire extinguisher will be mounted directly below the driver's seat for access that only takes a few seconds.

The bracket features a cradle to securely hold most any extinguisher bottle, and high quality NRS brand  cam straps for a universal fit. Additionally, there is a convenient "junk drawer" located at the bottom for other small quick-grab items. The bracket is made of uncoated stainless steel - leave it as is or finish it in your choice of paint once you receive it.

Notes:

1. Bracket is for left hand drive vehicles ONLY. It only installs on the driver seat, transmission hump will interfere with passenger installation. Currently factory suspension seats are not supported. Seat swaps will use the same bolt holes as the stock seats, but you'll have to assess whether or not the bracket will fit your application. 2. Bracket mounts to the two front seat bolts.
3. Fits maximum 12" length bottle; best diameter fit is 3".
4. NRS straps are industry best and rated to 770lbs.
5. Do not stack so many items in the "junk drawer" that it interferes with access to the fire extinguisher.
6. IMPORTANT! I've identified TWO variations of the front seat bolts through the 60 Series range: 81-84, 85-90. There is some overlap in 1984 and 1985 so make sure you choose the correct bracket for your needs! On the 81-84 version, the seat bolts are horizontally across from each other and not offset, like seen in the photos. On the 85-90 version the seat bolt closest to the driver's door (US LHD vehicles) is lower than the front seat bolt closest to the transmission tunnel. I do not have photos of this yet. No matter your year, please choose the version based on this!
